2026 ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Don't Delay - Deadline is April 30!

Planning is underway for the 2026 NPI Annual Conference, to be held October 4th - 7th, at the Hyatt Regency, Frisco, Texas. On behalf of the Conference Committee and the NPI Board of Directors, you are invited to submit a proposal (or proposals) for an educational session presentation. The Call for Speakers has been posted to the NPI website and can be accessed directly here.

This year’s Conference theme is "The Power of Procurement Leadership – Leading with Purpose, Delivering with Excellence". Presentations may be designed as mini-courses, panel discussions, interactive conversations, labs, peer mentoring exchanges, or other formats. Innovative approaches are welcome.  We welcome all procurement related topics but are specifically looking for items targeting AEP impact stories and best practices and the pursuit of excellence in public procurement with a focus on any of the Achievement of Excellence in Procurement criteria, excellence as leadership outcome, future of public procurement-trends, technology and talent, and leadership culture and team development. We are especially interested in presentations about successful criteria #18 submittals detailing your “Continued Pursuit of Excellence”.  Presentation topics should spark interest, educate, and challenge our members. Each presenter is encouraged to contribute their experience, expertise, and transferable skills, sharing insights that help shape future success. Presentations should be engaging, well-crafted, and delivered with intention.
