Room Rate (single/double occupancy): $239.00 per night., exclusive of any applicable taxes and other governmental-imposed fees:

TPID - Tourism Public Improvement District, is a non-negotiable assessment fee of 2%+ per room night. It is subject to the local hotel occupancy tax which is currently 13%.
SCRF – The State Cost Recovery Fee is a non-negotiable flat fee of $1.50+ per room night. It is subject to the local hotel occupancy tax which is currently 13%. This totals $1.70 per room night.

Self-parking = Complimentary

All reservations received after the cutoff date (September 11, 2026) will be accepted on a space available basis and only at the Hotel’s then prevailing Best Available Rate. Group rate may not be available.

All confirmed guest room reservations must be cancelled by 11:59pm 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night room and tax cancellation fee.
